These terms govern your use of payperdeal.com and apply.payperdeal.com (the "Site"), operated by PayPerDeal, a trading name of Tishin Family Wealth LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to them.

1. What we are

PayPerDeal is a hard money loan lead seller, not a lender, broker or loan originator, and it does not originate, underwrite, arrange or fund any loan. We are paid a flat fee per lead by the business that buys it.

2. What we sell

We sell hard money loan leads on investment property only, not closed loans. Contact rate, close rate, and funded volume depend on your lending criteria, your states, your speed to contact, and your sales process, none of which we control. Our written commitments are limited to: exclusivity, the record fields listed on our home page, live delivery, and the credit policy.

3. Lead purchases and credits

Specific pricing, delivery, and replacement terms for ongoing purchases are set out in the ordering agreement you sign with us before paid delivery begins. If a lead comes through with a fake number or a junk name, mark it and the credit goes back; the credit process is defined in that agreement.

4. Acceptable use

• Use lead data only to evaluate and contact the borrower who submitted it, in compliance with applicable law, including TCPA and state telemarketing rules.
• Do not resell, share, or re-broker leads we deliver to you.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, or attempt to access parts of the Site not made available to you.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content is the property of PayPerDeal and may not be reproduced without written permission. References to third-party tools or services are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party content.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This site is not part of the Facebook website or Meta Platforms, Inc. and is not endorsed by Meta or Google in any way.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPerDeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Site or these terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, the state in which Tishin Family Wealth LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes and contact
